Digital stories and emergency management for schools

Digital stories about bush fires in Australia are now being used as learning materials in that country’s schools. There are ten stories about natural disasters like fire and flood – all based on actual experiences. There’s also a freely-downloadable pack for teachers. The digital stories were facilitated by ACMI, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image and it’s great to see digital storytelling being used in this way.
